About 150 deceived fans appealed to the Tverskoy court with demands of reimbursement for the failed concert. In spite of the promises, they did not get their money back.
It is a reminder that earlier the Society for Protection of Consumers’ Rights had given notice of claim to the Meshansky Court of Moscow in support of the deceived fans of Tokio Hotel.
The spectators were not informed about cancellation of the concert in advance. Still none of the organizers has returned ticket fees to the aggrieved fans.
Meanwhile, the tickets ran from 1 and a half to 22 thousand roubles (48$ to 713$)! It is now difficult to establish exactly how many tickets were sold, but the number of victims is several thousand persons.
