Tokio Hotel News: Bill Kaulitz appears in a Saturn electronics commercial

Tokio Hotel fans know it isn’t unusual to see Tokio Hotel frontman, Bill Kaulitz in gigs that have nothing to do with music. Bill has turned up in spots for HRS Hotel Portal as well as been a model for design duo Dsquared2. This time Tokio Hotel Twin, Bill can be seen in a commercial for German electronics giant, Saturn.
One of my main missions in life is to help spread the word about the most awesome band in the entire universe—the Tokio Hotel Universe! Please help me do that. You can support my work (and Tokio Hotel) by hitting the “Subscribe” button at the top near my picture—(it’s FREE)—and by forwarding the link of this article to friends and colleagues or reposting only the title of an article, its first paragraph and hyperlink on blogs, forums and websites. According to “Promicabana.de”, these days Bill can be seen drinking an electric blue drink at a bar manned by Alice Cooper and surrounded by aliens—(pay attention #1Aliens). The idea behind the commercial is that Bill Kaulitz is an alien from Saturn.
The commercial is done entirely in German, including the lines spoken by Alice Cooper. Cooper asks Bill who he is. And when he tells him and the attending aliens, they retort that everyone says that. To which Bill pops open a door to reveal screaming fans. Cooper says he can do the same thing, but his door opens to reveal only two fans. Bill’s retort to that is that it’s all a question of “Technik” (technique or technology), which is a play on words in German and fits the digital theme of the commercial.
As for what was behind the TV spot and photos, which comes just in time for Christmas advertising in Germany, Tokio Hotel band manager, David Jost told the “Bild”
The TV spots and photos for this campaign were produced recently in a film studio in Los Angeles. The aliens and the backgrounds were created specifically for this TV spot.
